Referral of Torpedo Factory Renewal Project – Public Comment - Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act

The Harbour Trust has referred its proposal for the Torpedo Factory (Sub Base Platypus) for consideration under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act).

The Department of Environment is inviting public comment on the Referral from 4 January 2021. The period of consultation will extend for 10 business days.
