Chowder Bay
Linda joins the Harbour Trust from the Parliamentary Budget Office, where she was the Head of the Fiscal Policy Analysis Division. Additionally, she led the agency as the Acting Parliamentary Budget Officer throughout 2020, supporting parliament to understand the impact of COVID-19 on the budget.
Previously, Linda was a senior executive at the Commonwealth Treasury, working in the Individuals and Indirect Tax Division of Revenue Group and International Policy and Engagement Division of Macroeconomic Group. She has also worked as an economic adviser to a senior Cabinet minister and as a senior macroeconomist at BHP Billiton.
Linda holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) from the University of Sydney, a Master of Public Policy from the National Institute for Policy Studies (Japan), and a Graduate Certificate in Public Policy and Finance from the University of Canberra.
