Stakeholder Engagement Strategy and Governance Framework

The Sydney Harbour Federation Trust (Harbour Trust) has developed a draft Stakeholder Engagement Strategy and Governance Framework.

The framework:

• outlines their approach to engaging and interacting with stakeholders
• proposes initiatives to increase and broaden their engagement with stakeholders.

How you had your say

We sought feedback on the Draft Stakeholder Engagement and Governance Framework by inviting the community and stakeholders to complete a survey. This public consultation followed a larger program of engagement undertaken during the development of the document. This included workshops and briefings with key stakeholders and the Harbour Trust’s Community Advisory Committees.

What happens next

The Harbour Trust will review and consider all feedback. A Consultation Summary Report and a Final Strategy will be published.
