The Harbour Trust invites professional operators to lease Building 17. Interested parties are encouraged to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) as best and final proposals. The Harbour Trust will evaluate all submissions and proceed to final negotiations with shortlisted applicants.
Building 17 offers a unique opportunity to operate a sports and recreation facility.
Building 17 is available for lease through Expressions of Interest (EOI). EOI applications must be submitted electronically by 5pm (AEDT) on 09 September 2024 via the illion Tenderlink Adcentre Portal.
To access the Building 17 EOI listing through the Adcentre Portal, you must register with illion TenderLink via their Supplier Registration page. Registration is free. Once you have registered, visit the Adcentre Portal, log in and search for AU-1102126 to arrive at the listing.
With a total net lettable area of approximately 1,040m², this iconic structure retains its historical charm while providing modern amenities. Originally part of the School of Artillery Army Barracks, Building 17 blends historical significance with contemporary functionality.
